Kalki 2898 AD is an upcoming Indian sci-fi fantasy film directed by Nag Ashwin and produced by C. Aswani Dutt of Vyjayanthi Movies. Starring Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Deepika Padukone, and Disha Patani, the film began filming in July 2021 at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad. The film, originally named Project K, experienced a one-year delay due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, it holds the title of the most expensive Indian film ever made with a staggering budget of ₹600 crore (US$75 million).
