He mentioned that he and his wife Nayanthara would visit this place very often just for this scrumptious dish. Right then, Japan Chicken became a trend all across Tamilnadu, especially in parts of Erode.

Ingredients for Japan Chicken.
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 10 cloves Garlic chopped
- 5 Green chillies slit
- 2 cups Milk
- ¼ cup Cashew Powder
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp White pepper powder
- 500 grams Chicken (preferably boneless)
- 2 tbsp All Purpose flour
- 4 tbsp Cornflour
Fried Chicken
Place chicken in a bowl, season with salt and white pepper powder, and mix thoroughly. Mix cornflour, maida, and a splash of water, stirring until a thick batter forms. Heat oil for deep frying, carefully drop the chicken into the hot oil and fry until golden brown (approximately 5 to 6 mins). Drain on paper towels and set aside. and that’s how you make golden fried chicken!
Cashew Sauce
